Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026 · Voxr, a service of Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772, USA

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you (a business or its authorized representative, 18 or older) and Terra Nova Trading LLC ("Voxr", "we"). By signing up for Voxr you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Voxr gives you a local phone number. When you forward your unanswered or busy calls to it, an AI assistant named Sara answers, asks the caller what they need, where the job is, their name, a callback number and how urgent it is, and texts you the details. Sara is an AI assistant, not a person. She does not give prices, book jobs, promise arrival times or give advice, and she tells callers to dial 911 in an emergency. Calls are not recorded.

Not for emergencies. Voxr is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it to answer emergency calls.

Setting up call forwarding on your phone or phone system is your responsibility. Forwarding depends on your carrier and plan, and we cannot guarantee that every call will be forwarded, answered or delivered.

3. Free trial, price and billing

  • The plan is $49 per month and starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start.
  • You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your card is charged $49 when the trial ends and every month after that until you cancel.
  • The plan includes your local number and up to 100 answered calls per month. After that, Sara stops answering until your next billing period. During the trial the limit is 30 calls.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling during the trial means you are not charged. Otherwise your plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and we then release your Voxr number. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.
  • Prices exclude taxes where they apply. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information, and keep what you tell Sara about your business up to date. Sara uses only what you give her.
  • Use Voxr only for your own business's incoming calls, and only for lawful purposes. Do not use it for outbound calling or marketing.
  • You are responsible for following up with callers and for your own dealings with them.
  • Do not remove or hide the fact that callers are speaking to an AI assistant.

5. Text message terms (Voxr alerts)

  • Program: Voxr missed-call alerts. We text you, the business owner, at the mobile number you gave us, with your leads (caller name, callback number, location, need and urgency), account setup, reminders, a weekly summary and billing messages.
  • Sender: for now these texts come from a number registered to LocalPageUp, another service of Terra Nova Trading LLC, and begin "Voxr by LocalPageUp". Later they will come from your Voxr number and begin "Voxr". You will be told if the sender changes. Replying STOP to a text from either number stops them all.
  • Consent: you agree to these texts when you sign up by ticking the consent box. Consent is required because lead alerts are delivered by text. It is not required for anything else.
  • Frequency: varies, about one text per missed call.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation text, and we will send no more. You can still see your leads in your dashboard, and you can reply START to turn texts back on.
  • Help: email support@voxr.pro (or reply HELP once texts come from your Voxr number).
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Texts to callers and demo callers

These caller texts are not switched on yet. They will start once our dedicated Voxr text registration is approved, and this section describes how they will work.

  • Program: Voxr caller texts. When you call a business that uses Voxr, you get one text from the business's number after the call, thanking you for calling. If you reply, Sara, an AI assistant, answers by text to take your details (what you need, city, name, callback number, urgency) and passes them to the business. No promotions and no links.
  • How you opted in: you called the business and our assistant answered. If you do not want texts, reply STOP.
  • Demo line: if you say yes out loud when Sara asks, you get one text with a link to start a Voxr free trial.
  • Frequency: one text after a call, plus replies in a conversation you start. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP (one confirmation text, then no more from any Voxr number); reply START to resume. Help: reply HELP or email support@voxr.pro.
  • Voxr is the technology provider. The business you called is responsible for what it does with your message.

6. AI limits

Sara's speech recognition and replies can make mistakes: a name, number or address may be misheard. Check important details, such as the callback number, before you rely on them. We do not guarantee that Sara will capture every lead or every detail.

7. Your Voxr number

We assign you a number to use with the service. It is not transferable, and we release it when your plan ends.

8. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end the service if payment fails, if you break these terms or use Voxr unlawfully, or if needed to protect the service or other people. You may stop using it at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Voxr is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for lost jobs, lost leads, lost profits or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes and contact
