On your business phone, turn on "forward when no answer or busy" to your Voxr number. We show you the steps for AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.

Questions
How does call forwarding work?
You keep your business number. On your phone you turn on "forward when no answer" and "forward when busy" to your Voxr number. When you pick up, nothing changes. When you don't, the call goes to Sara. You can turn forwarding off at any time.
Will it work with my carrier?
These are the standard codes you dial on your phone. Plans differ, so test after you set it up: call your business number from another phone and let it ring.

Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Customers keep calling the number they already know. Voxr gives you a separate local number that only receives the calls you forward to it.
Do you record my calls?
Yes. Sara tells every caller that the call may be recorded. We keep the recording and a written transcript for 90 days, then delete them. You also get a text with what the caller said.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. Sara tells every caller she is an AI assistant. She takes a message and doesn't give prices, book jobs or promise when you'll call back.
What if it's an emergency?
If anyone is in danger, Sara tells the caller to hang up and dial 911 first, then she still takes their details so you can follow up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Your plan ends, your Voxr number is released, and you turn off forwarding on your phone. If you cancel during the 7-day trial you are not charged.
